The project includes the development of an underground parkade and podiums to support two large wood-frame buildings. The parkade is designed to provide efficient parking solutions, maximizing space while ensuring easy accessibility. Above the parkade, the podiums serve as sturdy and reliable foundations, ensuring the structural integrity and durability of the wood-frame buildings. This integrated design reflects a focus on functionality, sustainability, and long-term performance.
