The project includes the development of a 1.5-level underground parkade, carefully engineered to maximize parking capacity while adhering to strict safety and structural standards. Above this, a single-level podium has been constructed, designed to provide a stable and robust foundation for a contemporary wood-frame building. This combination of underground and above-ground elements ensures optimal use of space, while the design emphasizes both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Throughout the project, high standards of construction and engineering excellence were maintained, ensuring a durable, safe, and efficient structure for future use.
